To qualify for a refund within the 30-day window, you must demonstrate good-faith use of the program by meeting all four of the following criteria:

• Only students who have made full payment are eligible.
• Attend all 3 days of the live course (or complete the replay, if provided).
• Complete the Foundation Module on the BYA Online Learning Portal.
• Submit at least one fully completed trading system through the AI workflow.

These criteria exist for one reason: we want to refund people who genuinely tried the program and found it wasn't right for them, not buyers who never engaged. If you've done the work, you'll easily meet these. If you haven't, the program hasn't had a fair chance.

2. Refund Process

• Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase
• Include your order number, full name, and brief reason
• Refund processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued

3. What You Keep After a Refund

• Access to the live-only mystery bonus (RM 197 value) handed out during the workshop, for 30 days from your refund date
• Any notes, screenshots, or personal learning you took from the program

4. What Ceases After a Refund

• Access to the BYA Online Learning Portal
• Access to the Private Telegram Group
• License to the TVMT Connector software
• License to the Lorghic Panel MT4/MT5 software
• Any remaining bonus months on tools or memberships

5. Exclusions & Important Notes

• One refund per customer per program lifetime
• Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be honored
• Lorghic Academy reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, account sharing, or pattern misuse

6. License & Intellectual Property

By purchasing the BYA Program, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials and software (TVMT Connector, Lorghic Panel). Re-distribution, reselling, sharing access credentials, or recording proprietary content for redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate license termination without refund.

All course content, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary techniques remain the intellectual property of Lorghic Sdn Bhd and Lorghic Academy.

7. Trading Risk & Earnings Disclaimer

The BYA Program is educational and software-demonstration only. No specific trading result, profit, or income is guaranteed. Trading currencies, gold, oil, CFDs, crypto, and other financial markets carries substantial risk of loss. Lorghic Academy is not a licensed financial advisor, fund manager, or investment company. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.

8. Privacy & Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive workshop-related, educational, and product communications from Lorghic Academy. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but transactional communications (course access, refund updates) will continue while your enrollment is active.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through Malaysian courts. Lorghic Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice to active members.
